This version is still a beta version, but the features are very close
to those which we expect for the release 1.0.
The new features include:
* list of item functions can be edited in the item definition phase
and used for e.g. traceability
* the operational situations can be composed from multiple parameters
which can be individually predefined
* the hazard list editor supports multiple views, e.g. focusing on
failures or hazards
* the trace matrix got a better usability by adding container
expand/collapse
* the SysML architecture editor supports hierarchical definitions
